Overview
At PACT, our men’s retreats create a powerful space for renewal, growth, and connection. Across several days together, you’ll experience guided breathwork, yoga, cold plunges, mindfulness practices, and integration circles designed to help you slow down and come back to yourself. Through brotherhood, individual, and small group work, expert facilitation, and nourishing food, you’ll explore what it means to live with courage, authenticity, and purpose—leaving with tools, insights, and bonds that last well beyond our time together.
Highlights
At the heart of every retreat is brotherhood—a circle of men willing to show up with honesty, courage, and accountability. You’ll find support in moments of struggle and celebration in moments of growth. Together, we build bonds that remind us we don’t have to carry life’s weight alone.
Ceremony creates a container for reflection, transformation, and meaning. Through guided practices, you’ll mark the transitions that matter—honoring where you’ve been and opening space for who you’re becoming. These sacred moments help anchor your experience so the lessons last long beyond the retreat.
Modern life pulls us in a hundred directions, leaving little space to truly breathe and be. This retreat offers a chance to pause, quiet the noise, and return to your own center. Through breathwork, movement, and stillness, you’ll rediscover the clarity and presence already within you.
Surface-level conversations rarely feed the soul. Here, we create conditions for authenticity, vulnerability, and trust, inviting connections that run far deeper. The men you meet may begin as strangers, but the bonds you form often feel like lifelong friendships.

Frequent Questions
I've never done anything like this. Is that a problem?
Absolutely not! There are almost always first-timers at retreats. We encourage you to challenge yourself to push through that discomfort. You’ll be safe and cared for.
If you have specific concerns or just want to chat with someone before the retreat, we’re here for you. Just get in touch!
What if I have dietary restrictions?
We will do our very best to accommodate dietary restrictions. When you register, please reach out with your specific needs and we’ll be in touch to confirm our ability to meet them.
What should I bring?
Bring comfortable clothes. Many men come with athletic clothing. It’s helpful to have a variety of options depending on the weather. Bring comfortable shoes/sneakers and slides or slippers. The goal is comfort and mobility as we engage in a lot of body work like yoga, breath work, mindfulness, and other embodiment activities.
What shouldn't i bring?
Please do not bring drugs, alcohol, or weapons.
